Our first stop on our whirlwind summer vacation was the St Louis Zoo. We LOVE this zoo. Best of all, it's free to get in! The kids love seeing animals up close. OK, so do Mom and Dad. Here are just a couple of the pictures.

A free zoo? That may be worth the effort to drive to St. Louis!
Admission to the zoo to look at all the animals was free, but all the "extras" was not free. We paid a total of $60 to get in. It is, however, an excellent zoo. The St Louis zoo is compared to the sun as the Utah Hogle zoo is compared to the stars. :)
