For those of you who have been keeping up with the home improvement saga, and for my own sanity (only in seeing where we once were can we truly understand how far we've come), I bring you part two of the before and after pictures:

This is the back deck mid-power washing. We couldn't believe the nastiness that came out of this wood, so we had to stop halfway through and photograph the evidence. You can't see it well in the photograph, but the dirty side has a distinct green tinge from algae/moss/whatever in the wood. Whenever it rained, the deck would get extremely slick. It's gone now, and walking on the deck in the rain is no longer a health hazzard.
